"It's not enough to be good"

There are so many great artists and craft makers out there, each showing their wares locally, nationally or worldwide. You have got to somehow make your products or brand stand out otherwise they can very easily get lost.

Employers Asking for Facebook Passwords Could be Violating Federal Law (Really)
According to recent reports, certain employers across the country are demanding the social networking information from job applicants as part of the interview process — including photos and personal messages not shared with anyone else; they want user names and passwords for social networking and email websites from all applicants.
In one case, the Associated Press reported a statistician was asked for his Facebook user name…
As a job hunter, I think that it is wrong to ask employee's for their Facebook password, I don't think that it has a effect on their work.

Last day of Social Media Course and change in blog name
I have been writing this blog for a MBA Course in Social Media, and I have learned so much about blogging and on the subjects that I blogged about.
I am hoping to make my career in social media, and actually, am looking for companies to intern in.
To me, working for a company in their social media department, blogging is about opening the door to the audience, and about knowing your audience. To tailor the content to their needs, new products, their questions, but also to respond to them in a quick way, where they know that they are heard.
